This boho Sarah Seven style wedding shoot is brought to you by collaboration and inspiration. The spring is always a force to be reckoned with. With Charlott wedding season in full swing, I generally don’t get a chance to do any personal work, although it is my favorite time of year to be outside shooting (read: sneezing). I try to limit my weddings to 3 a month so that I can usually get at least one weekend for my family, and I ended up being able to shoot a double-header wedding weekend in April and leave one glorious full weekend for myself, my family and to play with my talented friends!
I’ve talked about her before, but Stefanie and I just get each other. We work so well together on wedding days, and we often shoot with each other when we can. We went to the Farmer’s Market and picked up gorgeous peonies to add to my starter bouquet I ordered from Farmgirl Flowers. We picked them apart and put them back together at my kitchen table…Stefanie is a jedi master bouquet maker 🙂 We dodged thunderstorms and fire ants and laughed through the humid Carolina day. These pictures might be gorgeous, but the real beauty of this day was getting to make art with my friends on my own time…something I would gladly do any day.
Special Thanks to our beautiful model Cici Reid to J Major’s Bridal Boutique for allowing us to photograph this gorgeous Sarah Seven boho beauty, Renee Pawele belt and Thomas Knoell jewelry!
