I’m really excited to share this Chesapeake Bay wedding today!!! I met Sarah when she was a bridesmaid in a Punta Cana destination wedding I shot two years ago, and then again at another Chesapeake Bay wedding last fall. It is such a great feeling when you’ve photographed someone several times in other weddings and they want to hire your for their own!!! I knew right away that this was going to be a FUN wedding and it did not disappoint. Sarah and Cory did such a great job planning a day that was both elegant and reflected exactly who they are as a couple.
The wedding took place at Celebrations at the Bay, which happens to be only about 10 minutes from where I grew up in Maryland! So nice to be at home and get to see family and friends while I’m working. Sarah wore a GORGEOUS Soterro and Midgely dress pearls from her grandmother and a borrowed bracelet from one of her beautiful bridesmaids. The bridesmaids wore Jordan Fashions gowns in different shades of pink that formed a lovely ombre look! Custom florals were absolutely stunning by Ory Florals…seriously amazing!
The guests and bridal party danced all night thanks to Justin White Productions…even the ring bearer got in on the DJ action!!! The food was amazing too, by Putting on the Ritz (they catered MY wedding almost 7 years ago!). The night was amazing, everyone enjoyed themselves and I had so much fun documenting this amazing day for Sarah & Cory!
