Thompson Fall Family Portraits {Charlotte Family Photographer}

We recently met up with some family friends of ours, the Thompsons.  Homer, Andrea and Makenzie were the perfect models on a nice warm fall afternoon in Belmont, NC.  The weather was unseasonably warm, and it was a pleasant surprise to be able to stretch our summer just a little be further…
We took these pictures on a stretch of private road in Belmont that belongs to the Stowe family (yes, the same Stowe family that owns a certain Botanical Garden right down the road).  The owners were very kind to allow us to use their land for our beautiful backdrop that afternoon!
