Who says Two is Terrible? {Charlotte Family Photographer}

This is my second time photographing this beautiful family in only a few months.  We last met in November and got some great shots for the family Christmas card.  This time we were celebrating a certain little man’s second birthday.  Needless to say…we had a fun-filled afternoon running like crazy, finding rocks and frolicking through the leaves and tall grasses!  It is so funny, but right now my two are both older and younger than two, and it was apparent that I have totally forgotten how much ENERGY they have at that age.  Don’t get me wrong, 3 year-olds are hardly docile.  There is just something about a true toddler.  They just don’t slow down!

It is fun to be reminded every once in a while where my family has been and where it will soon be once again.  I love to capture families that are of a similar structure to my own for this very reason, it makes it all the more “real”!
