Hi there! Welcome to the  journal about our lives, travels, fashion, and style. Stay a while and say hello!

Hi, I'm Amy.

I have been looking forward to this session for months!  I’m a big fan of destination photography, and I love to go to new places that I’ve yet to explore…and so when Ashton asked me to photograph their engagement session in their new hometown, I was elated!  I was able to fly out for the weekend and we spent two days…walking?  HA!  It seemed like we walked forever but we had so much fun visiting some of the most iconic areas of the midwestern city.  We started out in Forest Park and visited St. Charles and even braved a visit to the Gateway Arch after dark when we would be able to get one of the images on my photo bucket list 🙂
Ashton and Andrew are funny and cute and soooo perfect for eachother.  They are super affectionate, even when I’m not making them kiss in front of random strangers in the most public of places 😉  It is refreshing to know that they are so comfortable with each other and are the  best of friends.  I really enjoyed getting to spend some time with them, their puppy, two kitty cats, two (very vocal) birds, and tank of fish!!!!  Clearly, they’ve already started a cute little family, ha!

Their wedding is in October of this year (actually on MY anniversary!!!) in Maryland and so we will have a completely different backdrop for their wedding day 🙂
