Sometimes, a girl just wants to create.
I’m guilty of this. I have all of these ideas in my head for different senior photography shoots. But, well, not everyone wants to play in a field infested with red ants (don’t ask me how I figured that out. No really-ask. I STOOD in an ant hill to get the picture I was after, and was attacked). That is where Lori comes into play. I have worked with her before and she is just so much fun and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. In this case, it was my vision that we were trying to bring to life.
I drive by this location several times per week, and while I have used it on occasion for family portrait sessions, and even for senior photography sessions, I have always wanted to go a bit further. I love working with clients that buy into my vision and enjoy the process of planning out their photography session with me. I set up a private Pinterest board and Lori and I pinned outfit ideas and photography inspirations. While in the planning stage I knew that I wanted a flower crown, so I set out to find the perfect one (or two!). I stumbled across The Flower Crown Society on Etsy and was in LOVE. Her crowns were perfect (check them out here).
Once all of the planning was done we got down to business, and I’m sure that you will see that Lori NAILED IT. Obviously, you are not in my head, but if you were…the vision would look exactly like this:
