I met Bri several years ago through a photography meet-up group and was so excited when she contacted me after Evan popped the question. It was a close call with the weather on the day of their farm engagement session, we decided to push through the threatening showers and “make the best of it” as Bri said. We met on the dreary early spring day, on a friend’s farm. I pulled up and was excitedly greeted by two pups, and then we got out the ATV, golf cart and took my SUV for a little off-roading adventure. I must admit it was the first time I’ve driven my mom-mobile on anything other than a road (and I loved every second).
There might have been a few beers shared, and plenty of jokes. My trunk full of umbrellas and penchant for stepping directly into any pile of poo within 10 feet made for a fun engagement session. The rain held off and we had such a great time! Thank goodness for good friends, good beer and easily cleaned crocs 🙂 🙂
