I was honored to be a part of this special day for Lauren and Kingsley. They live in California…but decided to have an Uptown Charlotte wedding at The Westin since the grooms family lives in this area. We were lucky with the weather, it was raining cats and dogs for several days leading up to their wedding, but thankfully the sky was blue and the humidity was bearable.
For the bridal party portraits we ventured across the way to The Green, which is a lovely Uptown Charlotte park I have taken pictures in several times and always love the setting. No different here…and I really loved how fun the bridal party was…they were easy and laid back 🙂 The couple have a baby son, and he was just adorable. I caught him looking at me a few times too!
As the night moved on the dance floor got HOT and even grandparents were out there showing me their best moves. It was so beautiful to see such a loving and joyful celebration of marriage!
