I am so. excited. to share this modern-styled shoot with you today! With a team of fellow wedding professionals, this beautiful peach and gold elopement inspiration was brought together. I love the unique tropical flare for an indoor venue like the Collector’s Room in Charlotte, North Carolina. The venue transformed to capture the feeling of being on an outdoor island.
From elegant fashion to tablescape details, capturing this fine art styled shoot was a blast! Whether you are planning a summer or fall wedding, the details from this design are so versatile. Ready to gather ideas for your dream day? Let’s take a closer look!
Stationery & Details
The stationery for each wedding provides a sneak peek into the design of the day. Wedding stationery can even add decor elements to your design like the hanging name card installation. I love this muted and romantic color palette with peach, pink and gold tones. How breathtaking are the lush florals of the day with for flat lay photo moment? The mix of metallics and calming colors were incredibly chic. Tip from a wedding photographer: chat with your florist about including some extra florals for details photography. Then, you can add them to your decor later in the day!
Ceremony Design
Let’s take a moment to appreciate this backdrop. The modern abstract design with pops of gold was perfect for this indoor ceremony. Paired with the green background, the balance of tropical inspiration and contemporary vision was beautifully balanced. To frame the ceremony space, matching floral arrangements were added. This unique design was artistic and natural, creating such a romantic ambiance. With a ceremony space as stunning as this, you can stick around after saying ‘I do’ to capture couple’s photography and portraits!
Wedding Attire
For the bride and groom’s wedding looks, they wore black-tie outfits. This dreamy bridal gown featured a Latinx-inspired silhouette and fabric. The classy hair and makeup paired with the fine art bouquet and gold accessories kept the style elevated. For the groom’s style, he wore a black tux and simple dried floral boutonniere. Even with the modern details, this elopement inspiration remained full of charm and romance. There was something so special about being surrounded by the tropical-inspired elements for the couple’s photography. The best part is that these looks could be worn throughout the seasons at an indoor or outdoor location!
Table Decor
This tablescape is ideal for an elopement. With intimate weddings, there is often more room in the budget to splurge on your table decor. So, get creative and have fun! This design included cozy salmon and white candles with simple floral arrangements as the centerpiece. For the place settings, I love the unique tied napkins. The background featured art from the venue itself to match the design.
Cake & Lounge
This cake was truly too pretty to eat! Well, almost. The three-tier wedding cake became a piece of art with gold details, a luxurious linen, and a whimsical floral backdrop. While guests enjoy a slice of cake, this is always a great time to capture some more photos. The lounge area at the venue was a great place to relax and photograph more aspects of the day.
